You might be scratching your head wondering why would I turn in my show record sheet when I don't place OR don't place in the points. This has to do with our requirement bullet #10 on our information document.
Participants must show in at least three shows with three different organizations within their respective class(s) and age division(s) to qualify for year-end awards. Complete form and submit even if you didn’t place at the show (to qualify for your three shows with three different organizations).
By turning in that show record you are satisfying a percentage of the requirement. Maybe you have scheduled out a set number of shows, but life happens and you weren't able to make a certain show to satisfy the requirement because you were looking to show at x, y, a the remainder of the year. Or for some reason you were only able to show in the morning classes and had to go home for this or that or your horse got hurt (heaven forbid), etc. But the morning classes didn't go so well either you didn't place or you placed out of the points. No matter what document it. Turn it in. Sometimes you might be like nah I didn't get points today. But you didn't look at the point chart to see that indeed you did.
