Silent Auction
The Border Run will be hosting its second online silent auction November 30 - December 3, 2023 to help raise funds for the program's year end awards. Our goal is to offer exhibitors the best awards in the area, because they deserve it. The auction will be held on Facebook.
The Border Run is a not-for-profit organization promoting national amateur sport competitions for equine. We are identified by the Depart of Treasury Internal Revenue Service as Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3) with the Public Charity Status of 509(a)(2).
Become a Donor
It can be anything that someone highly desires from gas gift cards to baskets full of goodies to horse stuff too. To put it best, anything that you would clammer to purchase or cause a bidding war. We look forward to your support. To help keep us organized and represent the donation and donor correctly please fill out the donation form.
We would like to wrap up donations by November 1, 2023.

Our event didn't just reach people in our territory of Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois it went above and beyond our expectations. Winning bidders hailed from Maine, Michigan, Florida, Ohio, and Kansas. You'll be sure to get great coverage as a donor to our auction. The group is nearing 700 members.
Not only do all business donors receive a shoutout on our Facebook page, but also donors whose items have a significant value will receive complimentary advertising in our year end program. That could be anywhere from a full page advertisement (items valuing $500 and above) to half-page advertisement (items valuing $200 and above).
Please be familiar with our rules before bidding and purchasing in our auction. Be sure to check back as more items may still be added.

All bids must be put on the original post that is in the auction group, any other bids will not count or be considered - only bids on the original post will count.

Please bid in even dollar increments.

Please read all bids/comments on an item. The winning bidder will be the bidder with the highest bid, not necessarily the final bid. Make sure you are bidding higher than all other bids. We do not have time to monitor all bids to ensure you are the high bidder, this is your responsibility.

Note the details and/or fine print as some items may require payment for shipping, picked up at a specific location, used only at a specific location, expiration dates, etc.

Auctions will have a soft close. This means that if an auction has activity within 5 minutes of the closing time that auction will remain open for 5 minutes from last bid, if bidding continues the end time keeps getting bumped by 5 minutes. (ex. A bid is made at 7:58 the close time is now 8:03 for this item, if nobody bids. If another bid comes in at 8:01 that bumps the close time to 8:06, this continues until there is no activity for 5 minutes)

NO item will be shipped or delivered before it is paid for. If you want your item quickly, please make payment quickly!

Items that are NOT paid for within 30 days of the auction will be offered/sold to the backup bidder or carried over for future Border Run Open Horse Show Round Up fundraisers and/or events.
Items are donated and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of the Border Run Open Horse Show Round Up.
