Exciting News: Roll Out of the Online Show Record Submission

Ladies and Gentlemen!


We are so excited to announce the prototype of our online show record submission through Google Forms. This is going to take a lot of the manual work out of the point tracking that Jackie has spent countless hours on just manually entering data.  If you are familiar with NOHSA and how you submit your information it is somewhat similar to that.


You will still need to fill out your show record as before and get it signed. It will need to be uploaded to the system. The form will capture the data for us and then use magical scripts (code) to configure point calculations.


Oh have no fear! We will be auditing the submissions for sure. We know there are discrepancies with the number of horses shown, human errors, etc.

In addition, it takes into consideration some special elements as well such as identifying the grand and reserve halter horses along with helping us track the leadliners participation. We won't bore you with techy coding and scripts. But we sure are excited to have this.  It may not be sleek and polished, but you know what it's going to help us get the job done.


We are rolling it out starting this weekend. We would appreciate it if everyone would begin to use it.  This will be our test run.  We still ask that you please email your point sheets as usual.  That is our back up at this time.  We hope everything happens smoothly and Jackie gets the relief she surely deserves as our program, because all of you wonderful people, have grown it so much. It makes us really excited.

Leadliners will need to submit a separate form online if they participate in the showmanships and halters. As those are two different divisions e.g. leadline vs. tiny tot.
