We welcome contributions from businesses, organizations, and individuals. From equestrian merchandise to restaurant gift certificates, services, experiences, and everyday favorites, a great auction item is simply something people would love to bid on.

Every donor receives an individual Facebook thank-you post, featuring their business logo and a tag to their Facebook page whenever possible, regardless of donation value.

$100–$249 - 1 promotional Facebook post
$250–$499 - 2 promotional Facebook posts
$500–$999 - 3 promotional Facebook posts + recognition in a Border Run email
$1,000–$4,999 - 4 promotional Facebook posts + 1 dedicated promotional email
$5,000+ - All $1,000-level benefits + a complimentary half-page advertisement in The Round Up
How It Works
Donors may provide promotional content or have Border Run share existing posts from their business Facebook page. Promotional opportunities may be used throughout the year following the auction.
Recognition levels are based on the fair market value of donated items or services, not the final auction selling price.
Promotional content and scheduling are subject to Border Run approval. Unused opportunities do not carry forward. Complimentary advertising is offered in the next available edition of The Round Up, subject to publication deadlines and artwork requirements.

Browse the available items, place your bids, and receive notifications if someone outbids you. No special app or account registration is required!
Winning bidders will be notified when the auction closes, with payment processed automatically through Zeffy.
