Hello everyone.
This evening we held our December meeting and reviewed the upcoming 2023 show calendar. Currently we have some solid confirmations. As mentioned earlier you are currently penciled in. It was made aware that we needed to install an expiration date for those penciled in dates to open up the calendar for other shows that are interested. As we cannot hold those dates forever. At the meeting this evening the following was decided.
2022 enrolled shows who did not confirm their 2023 dates by the December meeting are currently "penciled in" for the 2023 show season. Confirmation of date(s) and payment for date(s) must be in or postmarked by December 31. After December 31 those dates will become available. Once a show confirms a date(s) they have seven days to submit payment either via PayPal or check. If we do not receive payment within the seven days those dates will once again become available. Payment can be made via PayPal friends and family to borderrunhorse@gmail.com. Checks are accepted too and must be postmarked within seven days of confirming date(s).
To clarify a penciled in date means that if your show was held on the third Sunday of e.g. July you are penciled in for that same Sunday in 2023. E.g. Sunday, July 17, 2022 ---> Sunday, July 16, 2023
Our first in person promotion begins January 15. So best to have your show(s) locked and paid for a week prior which would be January 8 so that hard copies of our calendar can be distributed to the masses.
