Hello Show Managers!
The 2023 show season will be here before you know it. We need to start getting a handle on the 2023 calendar. We have shows and exhibitors asking us the status of our 2023 calendar. We need to know if you are in or not for the 2023 season. Are there changes to your dates? Currently you are penciled in for 2023 for the same weekend you had in 2022, but we cannot temporarily hold that date forever.
Please let us know before December 13. That is our next meeting and you are all invited. It is at 7PM at Sunflower Farms of Bristol.
We will start formally promoting shows come January as tack sale season kicks off.
Please fill out the form attached. We are going to be harder on payments. They need to be paid promptly. No payment. No promotion.
